Jointly Developed Doll by JX Doll and HoneyLoveDoll

Our store partners with many brands, and we decided to visit the factories to learn more about the craftsmanship behind these dolls. When I visited JX Doll’s factory and observed their TPE and silicone doll production process, I was amazed. The materials and quality were outstanding—flawless skin with no dents or imperfections, smooth and comfortable to the touch, minimal oiliness, and no unpleasant odors. The precision in their workmanship was truly impressive.

JX Doll is known for their extensive collection of Asian-style heads, which are highly popular in China and other parts of Asia. They also enjoy a good reputation in the U.S. and Europe. Many of the dolls you see in our store come from JX Doll.

During discussions with JX Doll’s team, we proposed developing European and Western-style head models, as most of our customers are from these regions. Of course, we also have many fans of their Asian-style dolls. However, we wanted to try something new—innovation and challenges are essential to the doll industry. This project not only allows us to give back to loyal customers but also introduces more people to the world of dolls.

The JX Doll factory is clean, well-organized, and efficiently managed. They offer a wide variety of body sizes and breast shapes, providing great customization options.

For this collaboration, we collected facial model references and worked closely with skilled sculptors to design the head models. The process required multiple revisions and adjustments, demanding both time and patience. Once finalized, molds were developed to fill with silicone material.

The makeup artists then tested different styles to ensure everything looked perfect. After finalizing the design, we matched the head with the most popular body chosen by our customers.

We chose a height of 170cm for matching and taking photos, which is more in line with the height and body shape of hot European and American girls in reality. Of course, when you choose the body for customization, you can lower your height and lose some weight, which is free.

The next step was handled by the photographers, capturing stunning images of the finished product. Everything turned out great! By the end of December, the heads will be upgraded with ROS oral functions. If you’d like an ROS-equipped head, pre-orders are available now at half the price. We’ll ship the upgraded head separately to you by the end of the month.
