How about taking a tour of the Avant doll factory?

This is a new brand. After the Guangzhou exhibition, we received an invitation from Avant Dolls to visit their store. Yes, we need to understand the brand's production process and its strengths and weaknesses in detail before cooperating to ensure our customers don't encounter any problems.

The Avant doll factory is quite large, covering approximately 4,000 square meters. Currently, the production volume of new silicone doll products is not as high as that of TPE dolls, which is understandable. Avant dolls are a new brand, and I think it will take some time for sales to reach production levels.

Avant dolls currently feature realistic human skin textures and are hand-molded. This process requires a significant amount of time and exquisite craftsmanship, resulting in superior detail compared to 3D models. Such exquisite craftsmanship always exudes an artistic quality.

Each head uses a default ROS (realistic oral silicone tip), with moderate softness, allowing for hair implantation. The oral cavity structure is well-preserved, preventing teeth from appearing protruding.

Currently, there are two mass-producible silicone bodies: a 165cm F-cup and a 157cm E-cup. The default configuration includes gel breasts, soft thighs and abdomen, finger bones, and firmer feet. Silicone bodies are comfortable to the touch and offer good joint flexibility. The only drawback is that silicone bodies require more effort to reduce weight.

I didn't take any photos of the silicone production area. More information will likely be released gradually. In short, the price of around $2000 is absolutely worth it, as multiple functions and options are standard.
