Many of our partnered brand factories have begun their holiday breaks, which means that the production of custom orders will be delayed. To ensure efficient and accurate processing of your orders and to minimize any disruptions caused by the holiday, we have compiled the following deadlines for custom order production:
I. Inventory Doll Delivery Update
Stock dolls in the United States, Europe, and Canada will be shipped as usual.
All orders will be processed and delivered without any impact during the Lunar New Year holiday.
II. Custom Doll Production Cut-Off and Resumption Times

If You Have Urgent Orders
If you have urgent orders, please contact your dedicated customer service representative to check whether shipment can be arranged before the holiday. If pre-holiday shipping is not possible, production will be scheduled as soon as possible based on the order dates. We highly recommend planning your orders in advance to ensure a smooth process.

During the production pause for custom orders, HoneyLoveDoll will remain at your service for any inquiries or assistance. Once the holiday concludes, production will resume promptly, and custom orders will be prioritized and processed in the order they were placed.
