1. In-Stock Dolls Are Not Affected
In-stock dolls located in the United States, Europe, and Canada will continue to ship as usual.
All in-stock doll orders will be processed and delivered normally during the Chinese New Year holiday, without interruption.

If You Have Urgent Orders
If you have urgent orders, please contact your dedicated customer service representative to check whether shipment can be arranged before the holiday. If pre-holiday shipping is not possible, production will be scheduled as soon as possible based on the order dates. We highly recommend planning your orders in advance to ensure a smooth process.
