Inside TOP-CY Factory – Behind the Scenes Tour

After the Guangzhou Adult Expo, I was invited to visit the TOP-CY factory.
Although we’ve been partners for a long time, this was my first time actually visiting in person.
TOP-CY has been incredibly popular ever since its launch, so I was really curious to see how their products are made!

. The First Impression
The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a large, beautiful showroom filled with their stunning dolls.

Next, I went inside the factory.
We passed the order and shipping areas, and it was clear that the production lines were running at full capacity—numerous finished dolls were ready to ship.

I saw the materials used for weight-reduction silicone skeletons and ultra-soft gel breasts waiting for production.
The molds were impressively clean and well-maintained, and the entire workspace was odor-free.
The team uses imported materials, ensuring consistency and safety for every doll. Post-Molding Inspection
Each demolded body goes through multiple manual inspections — checking for bubbles, flaws, or surface imperfections.
Every step is designed to make sure the silicone skin is absolutely flawless before moving forward. Cleaning & Skin Finishing
After cleaning, the bodies are dried and coated with powder to smooth the skin surface.
This not only prevents stickiness but also gives a soft matte texture.
It reminded me how important regular powder care is for maintaining your doll’s feel and appearance. Quality Control & Softness Testing
Every doll undergoes function, flexibility, and softness testing before shipping.
I personally tried one of the bodies — the softness feels just right, though customers can request different softness levels if they prefer.

The Secret Behind the Beautiful Faces
Ever wonder why TOP-CY heads look so lifelike and expressive?
As the factory manager explained, the head creation process actually takes longer than the body.
Makeup, hairstyling, implanted hair, and facial shaping are all done entirely by hand.
Each style must perfectly match the promo photos, and a dedicated stylist oversees the final detailing — which explains their stunning realism. Factory Photo Verification
Before shipment, every completed order is photographed for confirmation.
The factory photo area is full of professional lighting setups to ensure factory images look exactly like the promotional photos.

Packaging is done with protective foam inserts and high-quality accessories to ensure dolls arrive safely and intact. Accessories & Neck Protector
One clever detail: TOP-CY designed a custom stainless-steel neck insert to prevent bending during transport.
Some couriers store boxes vertically, which can cause neck deformation — this insert prevents that and can even double as a doll head stand.

Overall, the visit left a strong impression.
TOP-CY clearly puts serious effort into quality control, aesthetics, and customer experience.
From clean production lines to handcrafted faces, everything reflected a commitment to high standards.
