  3. Verify the invoice details, including the amount due and merchant information, to ensure accuracy.

  4. Once we receive your payment, we will send you an order confirmation. Partial payments are always accepted.

Why Does My Payment Fail?

Not Compatible with Internet Explorer
Please be aware that our system is currently not compatible with the Internet Explorer browser. If you are using IE, we recommend using Firefox or Google Chrome for the best experience. If you encounter similar issues, please refer to the detailed information below.
PayPal is preventing the purchase for the following reasons:
Issues with your credit card or debit card (such as invalid card, expired card, exceeded limit, card disabled, etc.).

Your credit card or debit card is not set up for international transactions (ensure that the buyer's card can make online purchases from overseas merchants).

If you receive an error receipt for your PayPal order, there may be issues with your PayPal funding source. Please contact PayPal.com support for more information.

Check Your Card.

  • Do Not Honor: The bank is unwilling to accept the transaction.
  • Insufficient Funds: The account did not have sufficient funds to cover the transaction amount at the time of the transaction.
  • Limit Exceeded: The attempted transaction exceeds the withdrawal limit of the account.

  • Based on Location: The bank declined based on location.
  • Bank’s Fraud Rules: The bank’s fraud rules blocked the transaction.

If your payment won’t process with your PayPal account or you’re still having problems with your card, try:

RESOLVING PAYMENT ERRORS

1: Based on experience, PayPal may have the transaction limit. Please check this with PayPal.

2: According to PayPal rules, the shipping address and the billing address need to be in the same country, otherwise the payment will not be allowed.

If so, please fill in the shipping address the same as the billing address when you place the order and send an email to support@sexdollcenter.vip to tell us the correct shipping address. We will change this for you.

3: If above is not working, we highly suggest to try with Credit Card(Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express).


II failed to pay with my Credit Card?

1: Make sure all information is correct including credit card number, expiration date, CVV code and billing address.

2: Make sure you have enough credit or account balance.

3: Check whether your card authorized or default online transaction limit is too low.

4: Try refreshing the page, or logging completely out and then logging back in.

5: Start over with a new order instead of trying to pay for the same order over again.

6: If your payment is still declined, you may need to contact your bank.

As default in all Credit Card banks, part of their security, they block international transactions/payment. Unless the card holder will request to unblock their secured method.
