Cancellation and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing HoneyLoveDoll. Our cancellation and return policy is designed to offer greater transparency, flexibility, and peace of mind. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. If you have any questions, our support team is always ready to assist you.

We take product quality and packaging very seriously. For each order, we retain the corresponding order number, shipping pictures, and videos. Every doll undergoes strict inspection and testing before leaving our studio or factory.


1. Cancellation Policy

We hope all customers make informed decisions before placing an order. Please ensure you know exactly what you want, as these products are considered private items with certain special characteristics. Be prepared to commit once payment is made. To assist you in making the best choice:

  • You may request factory photos of the doll to verify authenticity.
  • If you have any questions or need help, feel free to use our online chat or contact page.

Cancellation and Refund Options for Custom Dolls:

  • Within 6 hours of payment: Full refund.
  • Within 24 hours of payment: 90% refund.
  • After 24 hours: Cancellation is not possible as production has started. However, if you change your mind, force cancel or accidentally place an order after 24 hours, you may contact customer service. At this stage, materials have been allocated, and costs have been incurred. If you still wish to cancel, we will charge the corresponding cancellation fee based on the order production situation.
Cancel within 6 hours 100% refund
Cancel within 24 hours 90% refund
Cancel after 24 hours In principle, no refunds are given, but specific issues will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis. 

Cancellation and Refund for In-Stock Dolls:

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If canceled after shipment, the related shipping, labor, and packaging fees will be deducted from the refund.

Handling Out-of-Stock Items: If the doll you ordered is out of stock, we offer the following options:

  • Free replacement: Choose another doll and get a refund or adjustment for any price difference, plus extra compensation.
  • Full refund: Receive a 100% refund.

2. Return Policy

Check Your Doll Upon Arrival: Upon receiving your doll, carefully inspect it. If you have any concerns or are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video, as it greatly helps in resolving any issues. Please email us with detailed photos or videos at support@honeylovedoll.com.

*Note that after signing for the product, you cannot return or refund the product for reasons other than quality issues, such as if it is too heavy, you no longer like it, or you don't want it anymore. Because this product is a personal item, it cannot be resold. Please understand.

We offer solutions for the following situations:

  • Wrong Doll: If the doll does not match your order, provide an unboxing video or photos that show the entire doll, head, shipping label, and packaging. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or reshipment.
  • Damaged Doll: Report the damage to the carrier immediately and contact us. Depending on the severity, we will provide a repair kit, replacement, or refund.
  • Lost Package: File a claim with the carrier and notify us. To ensure safe delivery, we require adult signature confirmation for most packages.

3. Heating, Electric Buttocks, and Oral Function Refund Policy

Heating Function Refund Explanation: For both TPE and silicone bodies, we do not recommend keeping the doll in one position for extended heating as it may cause uneven distribution. For safety:

  • Hot spots: Inner and outer thighs, knee area, and lower legs will show more noticeable heat.
  • Less noticeable heat: Buttocks, chest, arms, neck, and the charger display showing a red light are normal.
  • Heating is best done with the doll lying flat for no longer than 2 hours. Overnight heating or heating with bent limbs may cause the doll to melt.

Electric Buttocks and Oral Function Refund Explanation:

  • If the electric buttocks don’t work, check if the connection cable is loose. X-ray screenings from customs may cause temporary stiffness. If they don’t work, we will refund the function fee as it does not affect the doll’s use.

4. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved due to order cancellation or return, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Standard processing times are as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 3-7 business days.
  • PayPal: 3 business days.
  • Klarna: 7 business days.

If you do not receive your refund within the specified time, please contact us for the refund reference number.


5. Product Exchange

  • In-Stock Products: If the product has not been shipped, contact us directly for an exchange.
  • Custom Products: Exchange requires prior notification and depends on the factory’s production progress.

For product exchanges, ensure the item is unopened, unused, and undamaged, with the packaging or labels intact. The price difference, shipping, and other adjustments will be applied as needed.

Note: We only exchange defective or damaged items. For exchanges, please send us a request with photos or videos of the product. The exchange delivery time may vary depending on your location. For hygiene reasons, used items are not accepted for exchange.


6. Warranty Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, email customer support with your name, order number, and a description of the issue at support@honeylovedoll.com. Attach photos or videos showing the defect. Our team will review and get back to you promptly.

  • If the issue is caused by us or if the product has a manufacturing defect, we will handle the warranty.
  • Please note that due to the nature of sex doll products, warranty claims for manufacturing defects must be made within 48 hours of product delivery.
  • Damage caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty.

7. Cancellation Order Hold Policy

This policy is for customers who make impulsive purchases or wish to cancel orders temporarily. We will hold your canceled order for 2 weeks. If production has already begun, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Within 2 weeks, if you decide to proceed with the order, simply pay the remaining 50%, and we will continue processing your original order.

Example: Customer A requests order cancellation 3 days after payment. After material costs and other expenses are incurred, a 50% fee applies, and Customer A receives 50% refund. After 6 days, if Customer A wishes to keep the order, they only need to pay the refunded 50%, and we will resume production.
