Important announcement on recent international tax rate adjustments

Due to recent changes in international trade policies, we hereby update our logistics and pricing arrangements to ensure your shopping experience remains seamless:

Due to the latest US import tariff bill issued by US President Trump, tariffs have been increased on goods shipped to the United States. Most sex doll brands come from Chinese factories, and dolls already in stock in US warehouses are not affected. The increase in tariffs has led to increased logistics and transportation costs. Some of our customers have received tax payment requests from UPS. Based on the feedback, we make the following statement:

▌ Sea Shipping (Free Service)

While global sea freight costs have increased, we fully cover all shipping fees - no hidden charges will be added at checkout.
Delivery times may be affected by port operations. We recommend ordering in advance for time-sensitive needs. (Customized products are effective and free of tariffs)

▌ Express Air Shipping Updates

In order to comply with new customs regulations, UPS Express may charge customs duties after arriving at the port, and the recipient needs to pay the customs duties (the freight cannot include the customs duties). The final freight amount will be displayed at checkout.
We currently use the FedEx model with tax included (the freight includes the tax), and handle all customs tax payments for you - no need to clear customs by yourself, and this shipping mode is used by default for expedited shipping.

All product prices will remain unchanged in the short term. Shop with confidence.
Should unforeseeable circumstances require price adjustments, we will notify you via official notices/emails in advance.

A: Choose sea shipping for non-urgent orders (free). Select air shipping for urgent needs (tax-inclusive rate displayed at checkout).

Q: Are there any hidden fees?
A: We never charge beyond the clearly stated fees during checkout.

Summarize: Free shipping for ocean freight will not be affected, we will bear the fees and taxes, and the expedited air freight logistics rates will increase

Note: This notice is only valid for customized products. Local direct shipment of inventory products is not affected. Currently, sea transportation is guaranteed to be free and the freight will be borne by us.
