- Typically, your package will be shipped directly to you via FedEx/UPS, so you can quickly access logistics updates and monitor the shipping progress using the tracking number. We default to using FedEx and UPS express delivery without adding signature services. If you are concerned about losing your package or being stolen, you can indicate it in the order or contact us to add a signature service. This will be free.
- However, in some cases, we may choose to send your package by air to your country and clear customs before FedEx or UPS takes over the final delivery and updates the logistics. Until the package arrives in the US, the tracking number will only show the creation of the shipping label, and there will be no available logistics information. We understand that you may be concerned about the status of your shipment. During this time, we kindly ask for your patience and assure you that we take full responsibility for all orders.
Note:***As for PO BOX Addresses, since our products are large items, we cannot use PO BOX Addresses; As for APO (Army Post Office) Addresses, because of logistics policy, we cannot use APO(Army Post Office) Addresses.
