After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. Please double-check all information and the shipping address. If you need to modify your order (only for customized dolls), please contact us within 12 hours.

Creating a customized doll typically takes 3-5 weeks, depending on the brand and materials, although it may take less or more time. In some cases, we can expedite production to meet your needs. Please note that production times may be longer during holidays (such as New Year, Christmas, National Day, Chinese New Year, etc.).

If you choose an in-stock doll, it is already stored in our warehouse, so there’s no need to wait for production. It will usually ship within 3-7 business days.

We will send you factory photos of your doll via email for you to confirm all details. If there are any discrepancies, please let us know in time, and we will make adjustments before packaging or shipping. If you don’t receive the email, please contact us via live chat.

Factory photos are not available for in-stock dolls because they are already packed and stored in our warehouse. Taking them out for photos could damage the packaging. If you’d like to see the actual photos of the doll, refer to our finished doll image page or request factory photos of the same configuration after placing your order.

We typically ship via FedEx or UPS. You will receive a tracking number within 2-4 business days. If you need to delay delivery or choose to pick up at a FedEx/UPS center, please let us know before shipping, and we will arrange an appropriate delivery time or change the shipping address.

Shipping time depends on your location. Packages to Canada, Australia, and the EU may take longer. Please be patient and stay in communication with us.

Be sure to check the tracking number and wait for your package to be delivered.

If the package exterior is damaged, please take photos or videos of the shipping label and box before unpacking. Also, record a video while unpacking to show whether the doll was damaged during transit (this is very rare).

We will provide different solutions based on the extent of the damage, including guiding you through repairs, sending replacements, or offering a refund.
