2. We will create the character in the computer. It takes about 7 to 10 days.
3. Check, modify and send you the final character. Depends on the degree of modification and confirmation time.

During the customization process, please keep your email or mobile phone open to receive our messages. We will only proceed after confirming that each step is correct.

1. Provide Reference Photos

Please provide at least one front-facing photo of your character. You may also provide photos of your character from multiple angles. Our designers will primarily use the front-facing photos to create the 3D model of the doll's head, and add photos from other angles as needed.

2.3D Sculpting and Modeling

Our designers will create a 3D model of the doll's head based on the pictures you provide. After the 3D modeling is completed, we will send you pictures and videos of the 3D model for your review and adjustment according to your requirements. This process takes about 1 week. Each adjustment process takes about 3-5 days.

3.Mold Creation

We make a mold based on the 3D model, which takes about a week. The mold is then used to inject silicone to make the doll's head.

4.Final Makeup and Styling

The next step is to finalize the makeup, which takes about 3 days. If eyebrow and hair transplants are required, it will take an additional week. After the makeup is completed, we will send you photos and videos of the final effect for confirmation. If necessary, we can make further adjustments to the makeup, which takes about 3 days each time.

5. Confirm the completed doll head

We will send the final product including pictures and videos to your email address. You can put forward your ideas on makeup and styling, and we can modify them. We will ship the product only after your confirmation.

6.Packaging and Shipping of Doll Head

We guarantee that the packaging is clean and provides excellent protection.
Our packaging does not contain any information related to the doll and ensures your privacy.
The final finished doll head will be sent to you by air. The shipping time is about 7-10 days.
We are responsible for customs clearance and bear customs duties, VAT and other fees.
